How can I pay for my order?
Lost & Found has 2 methods of payment: ATM or Bank Transfers
Payment by ATM can take between 1-2 working days.
Payment must be made in the exact amount of order. The buyer will incur all the transaction costs.
The order will be couriered as soon as proof of payment is received
Payment must be made within a period of five (5) days.
If payment is not received within that period of time, the order will be canceled.
All transactions are safe and your personal data is protected.
Sold out or cancelled items – the refund will be made by bank transfer.
An invoice will be sent together with your order
We do not accept returns nor do we exchange products
Questions and Answers
1. Do I need to register to make an online purchase?
You will have to register to make a purchase at the online store. By registering you will also have access to special campaigns and discounts.
2. What are the transport costs?

3. Do you deliver outside Portugal?
No, we do not deliver outside Portugal. Consult www.anniesloan.com to find the stockist in your country.
4. How will I receive the products after I have placed my order?
When placing your order, you will provide us with the address where you intend to receive the products.
We offer a 24 hour delivery service for all your paint orders (once we have received payment confirmation).
Deliveries are made between 09:00 and 18:00.
Please ensure that you supply a delivery address where there is someone to receive your delivery during this time (for example a work address).
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
5. Can I exchange products bought?
We do not accept exchanges or returns.
6. Many days have passed since I made the on-line purchase and I still haven’t received the product? What should I do?
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by phone on + 351 918418608, indicating your name and the date you placed your order. We will contact you within 48 hours.
7. What is the procedure if there isn’t anyone at home to receive the order?
The shipping company deliveries from Monday to Friday during office hours, and you cannot schedule the delivery.
The parcel will be returned to our shop.
Lost & Found may contact you again to obtain new delivery instructions but delivery charges will be incurred again.
